While the staff was amazing, the property was absolutely awful. So much so that I expect a refund. It should NOT advertise as Wyndham. I totally feel cheated. It was an absolute awful experience. The staff, however, was great. The property was worse than worse. I realllllly expect a refund!

When we got there we arrived an hr early. We talked to lady at front desk. Even though I had requested early check in she refused to even look at computer. She was very rude and short w us told us she has no clean rooms we would have to wait. When we get room it's room without a tub. I specifically reserved room with hot tub. After going back to front desk they made arrangements for us to have room w tub. Tgen blamed it on the web site we booked it from..

The staff were friendly. Shower was hot and water pressure was good. I liked the spacious foyer in the room. Lots of parking.

The hotel was rundown. One locks on the side door didn’t work and was left opened. One of frames of the queen beds broke. When I notified the staff they seemed to know about this issue so I guess it happens quite often. The room was cleaned but the air and floor felt slippery. The back courtyard would be nice if they remodeled it.

Unfortunately i didnt read the reviews before booking my family tried to have a great weekend and we ended up staying at a total hole. Our carpet was not vacuumed our wall had a hole no remote in room the window was broken and we had silverfish. Our neighbors were smoking pot in smoke free rooms and there were tweakers in the parking lot

This property should be condemned. There were bed bugs, stains, dented lamp shades. Something out of B rated horror film. Expedia description said bar, not. Rooms smelt terrible. Probably the worst hotel I have ever checked into. Wyndham....sooo dissapointing.

Total failure - everything in a room was either broken or gross, and the hallway stank, and the creekside view was a joke, and the housekeeping staff skipped my room. You should consider removing this property from your offerings.
