If you want to get away from the hustle of the city, but still just minutes away, this is the place. If you want to be in the center of everything happening in Bologna you might not like this quiet and peaceful place.

A place to relax, excellent breakfast

Personale cortese, professionale, disponibile. La camera era pulita, con spazi comodi. Il bagno era abbastanza spazioso e ben fatto. Gli spazi comuni ben curati. Colazione molto buona.

La parte esterna non è molto curata, ma è ben tenuta.

Es ist ein altes, sehr gepflegtes Landhaus. Die Zimmer haben Ambiente, schönes Bad. Großer Parkplatz.

Zum Empfang wurden wir mal vom Fenster runter angeschnautzt, wir seien um 2 Stunden zu früh. ( lt Booking Seite eh nur eine). Nach 6 Stunden Fahrt möchte man gleich mal wieder einsteigen. Gnadenhalber durften wir dann doch in das Zimmer, welches eh schon fertig war. Das wars dann mal. Es gab zwar Abends eine ( verdunkelte) Bar. Da hätte man aber wohl anrufen müssen. Das traut man sich bei dem Tonfall ja nicht. Die Lage im Grünen war mitten in einem Industriezentrum. Kein Lokal zu Fuß erreichbar und ab 6h bis in die Nacht die Lkws und Maschinen der Firma visavis.
