The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They even contacted us before we arrived in Spain, responded to our messages within seconds, and were always available whenever we needed assistance. Their kindness and professionalism were truly appreciated.

The bedsheets were not clean, as there were noticeable stains on them.
