Bayside

The breakfast was lovely & freshly cooked to order, plus there was a good selection of fruit & cereals available. Fresh coffee would have been preferable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location of the property was great.

I stayed in room 3, which is the one with no sea-view. It has a super-king size bed, which is great in principle. However, the mattress on the side of the window urgently needs replacing, as it is damaged and worn with the springs coming through it.

We loved everything about our stay, Liam, the host was absolutely lovely and very helpful. The room had everything we needed and more, we had a lovely balcony to watch the sunset and listen to the sea. It was so close to the beach that we could just pop back within a couple of minutes if we needed to. It was very easy to find and close to everything we needed. Will definitely be visiting again

Liam went way above and beyond and is super friendly and helpful! Breakfasts were delicious. The location is very handy for the beach and there's a nice restaurant opposite. The beds were comfy and though the rooms are basic, they are clean and have all the essentials. The balcony was a nice extra that we used a lot.

The road outside is quite noisy with traffic though the double glazing is effective. Sound also travels between rooms, though again our neighbours weren't at all noisy or disruptive, just that we forks hear them clearly especiallyin one of our rooms. A clothes drying rack would be handy.

When we booked our priorities were a sea view parking and access Having a balcony with seating and a sea view was a big bonus A massive plus for us both in our 80s was how friendly and helpful Liam was so thank you Liam

A down side for us was the small bathroom but it did not spoil our stay we got on with it and coped ok It would not stop us going back possibly in September

No much to choose for breakfast.

Its location was perfect. Room to park car (free of charge) and Liam was an excellent host.

Not so much a dislike but there were a few stairs to negotiate - having said that Liam did help me with the luggage

The breakfast was really good, there was plenty to choose from and was cooked fresh on request. The location was perfect, just a short 5-10 minute walk to the pier.

Liam was fabulous. Came & picked me up from the station as he was close by. The room (number1) was huge. 2 balcony’s & a separate sitting room with a microwave, tea & coffee, fridge. I could see & hear the sea & the accommodation was a quick walk to the seafront. Paignton centre & all the amenities. Breakfast was cooked by Liam to order & there was a lot of choice included cereals, porridge etc. The accommodation was quiet & Liam was very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable giving directions to pubs, places to eat & where I could find live music. Provided an iron & ironing board on request. 😁
