Rare! Modern Unit with Private Fenced garden Close to The Beach PC4

The location was very close to palm cove esplanade. Very tastefully decorated. Pretty modern and clean. Lovely and private tropical backyard with nice table and chairs.. Parking was right next to door of unit with a carport. Air conditioners in all rooms that worked very well.

The umbrella out back was not waterproof so we could not sit outside int he rain. Door knob in bathroom did not work properly but was quickly resolved.

The property is an older 2 bedroom unit ,clean and comfortable with a 3 minute walk to the beach! I loved the express coffee maker provided at the property. Overall ,it suited a single person, was probably a bit small for a family.

Great location. Unit is quite old and while the bathroom and kitchen have been modernised other aspects are very old eg air con, fans, lighting, windows, furniture,etc. other than that the unit was well equipped

It would have been great to have a broom available to sweep the floor and a dishcloth of some sort apart from the tiny scourer. The collection of cigarette butts dropped in the garden by previous guests was a little off putting. Perhaps an ashtray outside?

The photos suggested that the courtyard had a pool Noisy email correspondence was quite confusing

Lovely, clean, neat modern unit. Easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Good communication with booking agents. Photos accurately represented the spaces. 3 adults were very comfortable staying here for the weekend.

The single beds on wheels moved about if you are restless sleeper.

Awesome communications and great value for money property. The pool was just what we needed in this heat and seemed larger than the photos. Great location.
