Overall, negative experience at this property. This ruined any opportunities to enjoy the rest of my stay.

No staff on site, manual locks in every door make it hard to remember and access the property, staff was not there to greet us and show us around, no signage indicating where our rooms were. One of the rooms we booked was not the one I had reserved online via Booking.com (property argued it was same category), with different decor and feel. Room was in the basement (aka garden level) with a moist, mold smell, and the bathroom smelled like sewage. No response from hotel or way to accommodate us. We were locked out of the room one morning for 2 hours because the door lock ran out of battery. Staff did not show up before 9:30am. Not an easy place to travel with family, when considering all the manual key codes you need to remember (garage, entry door, foyer door, apartment door - all with different codes).

Great building and spacious flat with comfortable beds. The reception and staff member Ana in the next street were fantastic and extremely helpful. Thank you!

No downside

The staff were extremely friendly and had great tips for experiencing the best of Porto. The staff really went out of their way to help us have a good time in town. Out room had a beautiful, big window opening out into the yard. The apartment windows all had solid shutters on them too if you wanted some privacy or to keep the light out and sleep in in the mornings. Location was pretty good too. Just a short walk to a plethora of wonderful cafes and eateries.

I can't really think of anything too negative to say regarding our stay. I'd happily book here again.

Uzturēšanās šajos apartamentos neatstāja labu iespaidu. Apartamenti atrodas pagrabstāvā, un trokšņu izolācija ir ļoti vāja. Naktīs bija skaidri dzirdama satiksme no ielas – garām braucošās automašīnas radīja sajūtu, it kā tās brauktu tieši blakus. Tāpat ļoti labi bija dzirdams augšējais stāvs – katrs solis, staigāšana un kustības bija dzirdamas dzīvoklī. Trokšņu dēļ bija grūti atpūsties un izgulēties. Šo vietu neieteiktu tiem, kuri novērtē klusumu un mieru.
