Close proximity to beach

Some staff unfriendly ,dead slow internet ,no hot water working in bathroom,downlighting in bathroom hanging down,filters in air conditioning dirty ,very basic breakfast choices only saw one other couple staying here expensive for what the property had to offer

not much all good the front desk staff on check was not very friendly she was taken on the fact we had made changes and apparently no relayed to you properly Booking .com was very difficult to reach and make changes I do not reccocmend them

"Excellent"

Access to cloud 9 beach and boardwalk as the property is beach front. Food, barbershop, laundry, scooter rentals, ATM, convenient store etc. all across from the property on Tourism Road. Very convenient!

It's close to the ocean.

The washroom is disgusting..We can't sleep because it smelled so bad. They did not clean.

The best part of the resort is its location; beachfront right beside the Cloud 9 boardwalk. There are many eateries and shops nearby. Water is provided for free when asked (bring your own water bottles or tumblers). The free breakfast is good, although limited options. And definitely get up early to watch the sun rise in front of the resort.

We stayed on room 4, which has an amazing view. But the bathroom is in need of update. Salt water comes out of the taps which I found unpleasant. The wood floorboards are loose.

"All in all, decent place to stay while exploring Siargao."

Located near Cloud 9, Barbie of Siargao( Brianna Kource) ice cream, Andi’s Happy Islander coffee shop.

Plenty of mosquitoes, door lock not working, no room key for 4 days of stay and need to call the staff cell phone number to open our room.

Breakfast, helpful staff when booking rides going to Perry. However bathroom plumbing needs improvement. Sewer smells too bad in the bathroom & shower water flow has no pressure. Key card to unlock the doors are not available at time.
