I cannot praise the staff at this hotel enough…specifically the front desk, concierge, and housekeeping teams. Their outstanding hospitality is the absolute main reason I will definitely be returning to stay here again. During my stay, I unfortunately lost an expensive earring. As soon as I notified the staff, they went completely above and beyond. They didn't just look inside; they actually went out into the street to search for it! Within just 15 minutes, they managed to find it, called me immediately to deliver the good news, and kept it safe until I returned. The team here is incredibly friendly, professional, and honestly, their integrity and honesty are unmatched. They truly care about their guests, and this experience proved it. Thank you to the wonderful team for making my stay so special! خدمة استثنائية وأمانة لا تُنسى! لا يمكنني أن أشكر طاقم العمل في هذا الفندق بما يكفي، وبشكل خاص موظفي الاستقبال (الرسبشن)، والكونسيرج، وفريق النظافة (الهاوس كيبنق). حسن ضيافتهم واحترافيتهم العالية هما السبب الرئيسي والأساسي اللي بيخليني أرجع أسكن في هذا الفندق مرة ثانية بدون تردد. خلال إقامتي، ضاع مني حلق غالي الثمن، وبمجرد ما بلغتهم بالموضوع، فاجأوني بردة فعلهم التي تجاوزت كل التوقعات؛ لم يكتفوا بالبحث داخل الفندق فقط، بل طلعوا للشارع بنفسهم يدورون عليه! وخلال ربع ساعة فقط وبكل أمانة، قدروا يحصلونه وكلموني فوراً يبشروني، واحتفظوا فيه بمكان آمن لين رجعت واستلمته. طاقم العمل هنا فريندلي جداً، ودودين، وأمينين لأبعد درجة. تشعر فعلاً أنهم يهتمون براحة وسلامة ضيوفهم، وهذه التجربة خير دليل على ذلك. شكراً جزيلًا لهذا الفريق الرائع الذي جعل إقامتي تجربة لا تُنسى

The only downside was the smell of cigarette smoke drifting in from outside, even though I was on a non-smoking floor

الموقع هدوء وكل شي حولك وفوق هذا كله مثل ما سمعت ان راعي الفندق هو راعي شقق بولد يعني عنده خبره في هذا المجال بصراحه فوق الخيال نظافه و بوفيه متنوع و ديكورات فخمه
