Nicely decorated 3rd-floor beauty with pool-view balcony in Coco

It states 1 min from the beach. This is false! The complex beach club house is, but not the apartment where you stay. It is a 10-15 min walk. The whole point of us booking this stay was because it was on the beach. We had our pregnant daughter with us and didn’t want her to have to walk far in the heat. Very disappointed at the misleading information given. We have always trusted Hotel.com and use them all the time. A valuable lesson was learned. This was not what we were sold when we booked it. We received the address a few days before departing. Contacted them directly regarding this but no reply. We had already paid and would not receive a refund as per booking. A family holiday that was meant to be a special occasion was left making the best out of what we got.
