It is very well located, easy to get to and really easy to walk downtown. Tony was very nice, always responsive and overall a great host. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend staying here.

Superb location, roomy apartment

Stepped out onto balcony barefoot and a small glass shard pierced my heel - spent 2hours getting it out with a pair of scissors. Kinda ruined the evening :( Also, on final 2 days there was no hot water.

The apartament is great, very spacious and clean. The location is excellent; close to the Old Town, the Riva, restaurants, supermarkets, and the National Theatre. It's ideal for visiting Split, Trogir, Salona or the islands, as it's within walking distance of the port, the main bus station and the other bus station. I'd also like to highlight the kindness and helfulness of Toni, the property manager. If I returne to Split , I'd like to stay in this apartment again.

Great apartment in a good location. Very clean spacious and comfortable. There was a quick response by an attentive manager.

The water heater didn't work two days. It was fixed after a couple of attempts.

What we like most is the big bed. We slept very well. The apartment is located on a main road but just since you closed the window, you would hear nothing. Super excellent.

Beautifully furnished room, located just on the edge of the old town. Everything you need for a stay in Split. The host Toni was friendly and easy to contact. We've visited Spilt several times and this is our favourite accommodation, and will definitely book again if returning!
