A smart, clean and comfortable apartment. It was well equipped, and very pleasant. Modern decor, and a lovely space.

Condition of property was poor despite looking good on photos. Walls showed signs of damp. Mats were curling up, trip hazards. A few dangerous problems - the fridge, which was badly in need of defrosting, fell forwards easily when the door was opened. Any food we stored in there got wet unfortunately. The shower, although adequate, had a very slippery floor and there was no shower mat. I put a towel on the floor - it helped a bit, but really it wasn’t safe especially for anyone with mobility/balance issues. The area outside the house at the back was dangerous to access as the steps were slippy and a sewer pipe ran above them - there was considerable litter out there too which we cleared up as best we could. Finally, the hot water stopped working for the last 2 days we were there. I tried to email the host but got no reply. Was unable to ring the number given as I have a Spanish phone - but I expected an answer to an email.

Very nice, clean, comfortable place, had everything required for a good stay, would certainly use again and recommend
