Good location , clean , comfortable beds

Advertised a bar but it didn’t have it !! As well as as a working fridge

Me gustó que la habitación y el baño son amplios.

Que en la habitación esta conectada con otra habitacion mediante una puerta y se escucha mucho ruido.

On arrival I was told we had to pay cash for the room of bank transfer as they did not accept credit cards, I was sent the bank details via WhatsApp but no sort code, trying to explain this was completely useless so in the end went to multiple ATMs to get cash, same thing happened to one other guy in the party and one guest we chatted to only with three different reasons for why a 4 star hotel doesn’t accept credit cards. Day two I found broken glass in the swimming pool, gave it to staff who said they would sweep the pool, next day we collected a handful of glass from the pool. We were told to inform reception if we wanted to room cleaning, not convenient at all and on two occasions it wasn’t cleaned when asked
