Lage in der Innenstadt, trotzdem ruhig

Eine Badschiebetür ist sehr schwergängig und somit nicht nutzbar. Die Abflüsse in der Dusche und im Spülbecken sind nicht richtig frei. Das Wasser staut sich bei größerem Wasserfluss. Aus unserer Perspektive wurde nicht ordentlich im Wohnzimmer gesaugt. Eine klare Bedienungsanleitung für den Herd der gleichzeitig eine Microwelle ist sowie für die Waschmaschine wäre sehr kundenfreundlich. Was fehlt ist eine Garderobe oder Wandhaken im Wohnzimmer sowie Handtuchhaken im Badezimmer.

"Disaster"

Horrible - nothing like the pictures. The studio apartment was rotten and dirty

The place was not cleaned - stained towels with make up, hair in the shower, stains on the curtains - just horrible. After I reported it to the the staff on what's app no one contacted back, I called they didn't answer. Then they answered after a few hours saying they would clean. I came back after a long day in Lisbon and to my shock - they didn't clean! Just horrible costumer service and treatment. There are so much better places Lisbon just stay away from this one.
