Blackmoon Villa Edirne

Hayatımızda kaldığımız en kötü otellerden biriydi. Yalıtım sıfır. Yan odanın ışığı açıp kapamasından tutun tuvalet kağıdını çekmesine kadar tüm ses net bir şekilde odamızdaydı. Karşı odalarında sesi, kapıyı açıp kapamaları, insanların sesleri...Her şey. Ayrıca oda sigara kokuyordu ve yeterince temiz değildi. Yatak tek kişilikten halliceydi ayaklarım dışarda kaldı. Ve son olarak tuvaletteki elektrikli jaluzi çalışmıyordu. Genel olarak memnun kalmadık. Önermiyoruz.

Gerek konumu, gerekse personelin güler yüzlü tavrı olsun kesinlikle memnun kaldığımız bir konaklama deneyimi oldu... Tavsiye ederim.

Otel resimlerine bakınca sessiz, sakin bir konumda olduğunu düşünerek rezerve yaptık ama. maalesef otel işlek bir yol kenarında. otel kapılarında kart sistemi yok klasik anahtarlar kullanılıyor. Odada ilk girişte yoğun bir koku vardı.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden.Leider war eine Baustelle nebenan und es war sehr staubig aber das Personal und die Villa sind toll. Frühstück war sehr gut.

: The hotel is beautiful! The room was very nice: good workplace with a big table near the windows and a comfortable chair, amazing bathroom (clean and beautiful), and the bed was also comfy. -: In the room, wifi-connection was not good, but there's an option to sit downstairs in the hall: there are tables and sockets. And the location is a bit far from the city center.

İş amaçlı Edirne'ye gelip butik otel şeklinde olan bu oteli iyi ki de seçmişiz. Kaldığımız oda mükemmeldi. Yine Edirne'ye yolumuz düşse kesinlikle bu oteli tercih ederiz. Kahvaltıları da efsaneydi. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz.

Very covid aware, extra sanitation and all staff were wearing masks .

I arrived at the hotel and no one spoke or understood English and they demanded payment before they would give me the room key.Staff all dressed in jeans and T shirts very unprofessional.No restaurant and no alcohol bar these should be listed on the various Find Hotels sites.I was parked outside on the street and I asked them if that was the only parking they eplied it was.It was only when I got in the lift that a saw the button for the underground garage and made them open it for me to park my car.I had to walk into town to find a restaurant.I will never visit this hotel again and warn friends about it.It was the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Lovely friendly staff, always happy to help. Hotel spotless and rooms modern and bright. Nothing was too much trouble. Great position fpr a stop over near Turkish/Bulgarian border.
