ich habe kein Frühstück gebucht

Mir fehlt der persönliche Kontakt. Durch die Online und Self-Check-in Dinge besteht gar kein Kontakt mehr mit irgendeinem Menschen. Bei Problemen ist niemand vor Ort. Das finde ich sehr traurig, auch wenn soweit alles klappt.

Digitales Ein- und Aus checken ging problemlos. Das gut ausgestattete Zimmer mit Terrasse liegt sehr ruhig. Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank sind vorhanden, sowie 1 Sprudel und Teebeutel . Die Therme ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Mit der Albcard inklusive ist der Eintritt in die Therme kostenlos. CHECK OUT um 11 Uhr ist super.

Der Link zur digitalen Albcard funktionierte nicht. Es gab keinerlei persönlichen Kontakt.

Das Zimmer war sauber, ruhig und alles für einen entspannten Aufenthalt vorhanden. Wahrscheinlich war ich einziger Gast, dementsprechend fiel das Frühstück entsprechend aus. Es gab z.B ein Ei, aber kein Rührei. Aber sonst war viele vorhanden

Keine Parkplätze am Haus. Im Moment (Baustelle) ist das Hotel schwer zu erreichen. Alles völlig unpersönlich (Self-Check-in, alle Kommunikation über Mail, keinen Ansprechpartner im Hause)
