Villa çok güzel bir konumda, çok temiz, evde ihtiyacımız olan herşey vardı. İlk girişimizdeki esneklik çıkışısımızdaki esnek saat için çok teşekkür ederiz. Kesinlikle tekrar gelicez. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

When we arrived we found it to be a damp, dated villa in need of a lot of tlc, it was cold, there were stains everywhere, the outside paths were covered in stuff off the trees like berries and leaves, the whole place was shoddy, we didn't even stay in it, just put the keys back and left, it's pointless arguing with you people about a refund but in my opinion it's false advertising as what was shown certainly wasn't what we got

I don’t normally write reviews but in this instance we felt like we needed to. Positives about VillaMel- Pool, the animals and sun beds. Negatives Family of five- 3 young children under 11. Arrived 9 pm, our Villa wasn’t available so they placed us in a villa with no wifi. Key didn’t work. Neighbours (other people renting) had to let us in. We couldn’t get back in later and we were trying for over twenty minutes with three tired children, it was 10.30pm. Owner left her lovely staff to explain and really felt for the lady as she was in an no win situation with little support from her manager. Staff member was clearly distressed and didn’t know what to do for the best. Next day Owner was profusely sorry and offered us a refund for the first night and our troubles. People who were staying in other villas- reported that this has happened to other families and they take peoples money and just put them somewhere else until villa is ready. Not a good way to start holiday. Our experience of villa- Villa was not ready to have people there needed a FULL check including health and safety. - air con broke leaked water everywhere underneath all our devices. No apology. Just someone sent round to fix during dinner time. Owner said this is ‘good will’. - cooker knob snapped (gas risk) - property filthy mould on bathroom. - no dishwasher for one week )as they had to order part) -Wifi down box was damaged had to be swapped )own data use costing over £90) including first night with no wifi. When I mentioned this she asked for itemised bill and is now sidetracking from any money being returned for the first night. Backtracking and saying she meant refunding money for the ‘key issues, not the first night during the peak summer months’. List goes on. Objectively looking at this situation, the owner sent maintenance people round to sort even though this was disruptive . We accepted and appreciated this as we were going to move, three young children that’s not easy! What has been a huge disappointment is the owner has assured us FIVE times that the money will be retuned for the first night. Starting 3rd August. Here we are 12th September. No money returned. When we have queried this via numerous text messages , she says ‘it will be processed anytime now, very soon , I will update’. 2800 for two weeks Very disappointing Villa Most of all we feel so let down that someone can be so dishonest and not follow through with what they say. Families with children especially please avoid. It’s hard work with all these issues and with young children, really hard with workmen coming in for the first five days! Not very restful. I will update this review if we ever receive the refund for the first night. It’s not acceptable and all the years we have been away we have not experienced this. Diana residence was faultless. £1000 cheaper and not one issue. Update- owner now saying she will refund for only the ‘key issues’ for first night. Owner reports that she fixed all the issues and this was ‘good will’. We will be making a complaint however just wanted to make others aware.

Friendly host. We didn’t meet, but I found him very helpful. We forgot our passports in the property. He liaised with new guests and ensured we got them back. Thank you 😅 Pool was great

We stayed in Tulip villa. There was a bad smell in the downstairs bathroom. We had to keep opening all airs and windows to air the property even though it was hot.

Villalar ortak bahçeye ve ortak havuza bakıyordu. Tüm mutfak malzemeleri ve elektronik eşyalar vardı. Yataklar gayet rahattı, klimalar cok soğutuyordu. Evimizde gibi hissettik kendimizi. Havuz da gayet temizdi ve 24 saat açık olması çocukları çok sevindirdi.

We stayed here in August, peak season and this complex was quiet, spacious and relaxed. Villas are very well spaced out surrounding a huge pool and all villas have a lovely big grassed space in front of them for you to sunbathe, dine, relax and space for kids to play etc. Apart from being set in lovely surroundings and well located, the villa had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. The nearest supermarkets are a short walk away and the promenade with shops, restaurants, bars and tours is just a little further on. We were due to stay here for 10 days but due to the air traffic problems in the UK our flight was cancelled, the lovely owner, Melis and her on site team, came to our rescue. With a bit of juggling she managed to keep us in Villa Lily for the duration of our delay (8 days) and provided us with lots of help and support. Nothing was too much trouble, everything we requested during this time, ie an extra clean, change of bedding etc. was provided. So, I would say if you need anything, just ask. We can’t thank Melis and her team enough for all they did for us and we had a wonderful, extended stay. Thankyou Melis.
