Personal ist freundlich.

Für eine runtergefallen Tasse wurde eine Entschädigung von 150k IDR (7,5€) fällig. Für ein Kopfkissen Bezug (das durch Tattoo - Farbe verfärbt wurde) wurden mir 300k IDR (15€) in Rechnung gestellt. Für entstandene Schäden komme ich gerne auf, jedoch sind diese Preise einfach nur übertrieben und Wucher! Das klingt nach Abzocke!

Liebes & nettes Personal Schöne Aussicht vom rooftop pool

Für eine runtergefallen Tasse wurden mir 7,5€ berechnet! Viel zu viel. Das hat wenig mit Kulanz zu tun. Für ein Kopfkissen Bezug das dreckig wurde musste ich 15€ bezahlen. In beiden Fällen komme ich gerne für den entstandenen Schaden auf - die Kosten für die beiden Schäden sind jedoch viel zu hoch - Abzocke!

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The 2 junior suites were large and spacious.

There were noises through the window at the superior double room. I brought earplugs to help reduce the noise level.
