"Alles in allem trotzdem ein gelungener Aufenthalt"

Die Lage des Hotels war ausgezeichnet. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und vom Geschmack ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war Altbacken. Der Fußboden hat Geräusche gemacht

Sehr höfliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeitende inkl. dem Chef. Waren mit dem E-Bike da und konnten dieses über Nacht im verschlossenen Festsaal laden;TOP! Das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt. Auch das Nachtessen ist sehr zu empfehlen und das Frühstück was sehr grosszügig.

The property is in a small town 30 minutes from Bern. The room is big! There is no elevator (in case you need one) and no a/c in the rooms. It gets hot! The breakfast is good and the staff are very friendly.

"A decently priced hotel in hyperexpensive Switzerland"

The price. Hotel prices are skyrocketing in Bern so I was looking for something within travelleable distance. At breakfast a lovely lady served coffee and bread, she kindly helped me to borrow an umbrella for the day. A little touch of friendliness to start the day.

Before arrival I was told the key would be on a little table (instructions in English), but the same mail also contained a text in German saying the key would be in a safety box with a pin code. Upon arrival however neither scenario turned out to be true. Someone came down and let me in.
