"Exceptional"

We have stayed In a few B&B's in Keswick and found them okay, but we found ferndene exceptional from arriving to leaving, very clean we had the annexe room 8 very spacious lovely walk in shower which was ideal for me, menu is left the evening before in your room to order what you would like for breakfast which is a breakfast that will set you up for the day, But a big shout out to Duncan, Ziggy, and breakfast staff they are so polite and friendly will stop what they are doing and chat such a homely feeling. Location a few minutes walk from the premises to the town centre, views beautiful, we had no problem parking at the property. Looking forward to next visit.

Easy access to town centre, park and lake side. The breakfast was fantastic and filled us up for the day.

Not a dislike just a suggestion The room would have benefited from a fridge.

Comfortable facilities in a good location within walking distance of everything in Keswick. Has its own car parking spaces for guests, which is handy. Friendly hosts.

Keswick way busier than we remember from when we used to visit before. Even though there are dozens of restaurants, we found it hard to get into a place for dinner on our first night without a pre-booking.

"Keswick Easter Break"

Fabulous guest house, the owners could not be more friendly and accommodating, and the location is perfect. We stayed in room 1 on the top floor, spacious, clean and comfortable with stunning views. Fantastic breakfast cooked daily, just how you like it, a great way to start the day.

"Ok but not worth the money we paid."

Location very good Breakfast ok

Room was small Sink in the bedroom not the bathroom Parking area very small and always blocked in by other guests Could hear other guests through wall We were in an annexe which meant we had to brave the elements at breakfast time.
