Staff (Ana) was friendly and proactive with communication before arrival.

Steep and narrow stairs to rooms. I also had to walk up / down stairs to use shared bathroom.

good location. very nice, helpful and attentive stuff. also, the room was clean, including the floor, the person who cleans there did a great job!

I personally didn't like the mattress, just a piece of foam. I hope they replace it in future

Located in a safe and nice neighborhood, the room is nicely decorated and comfortable. The hostel common space is cute, with a patio and lights.

The room being next to the patio it can be quite noisy. Also we paid a 9% tax that was not advertised on the reservation and the owner could not explain why. Uruguay is already expensive enough. The bathroom is very humid.

We had a private room , which was clean, spacious and comfortable. Location was also good, which made it easy to access the centre.

The shower was very cold and the lights in the bathroom needed changing.

Nice host. Friendly guests. Used kitchen next to room. Close to restaurants. Good air conditioning. Good hot water in shower. Bide worked.

Didn't have shampoo or soap or TV. Had to ask for second towel.

Shower good. Staff member was nice. Space on street to park. Only stayed 1 night.

Difficult to find at first and staff didn’t know we were coming. Dirty kitchen and rooms didn’t feel super clean. Wanted to charge extra 5% to pay on debit card and extra 10% for credit which we didn’t expect or have in any other place after travelling in the country. We wouldn’t stay here again.
