It is gorgeous! Spacious and modern and fully equipped with all you need for a short or longer stay. Easy access via the lift or stairs, great security, and overlooking the main street in groovy Sawtell. I loved the notes from the owners who obviously want people to love being there while taking good care of the property. Great-sized balcony with entertaining vibes. Walking distance to restaurants, cafes, clubs, beach ... leave your car in the parking garage.

A bit more shade on the balcony would be great. East-facing, the summer sun is strong, and by 10am, it was hard to sit out there for long.
