"A great find,perfect for our family group, top marks for the units, and Sawtell as a destination."

A family group of 11 used 2 units- everyone loved the space, layout, location, garaging and comfort. Light and bright. Enough bathroom space, and balcony and living areas gave options to socialise, or to withdraw. Lift from the garage was a great bonus, as was access to an interesting streetscape with cafes, pub and shops.Close to heliport, and easy travel to other Coffs attractions.

Most of the group loved their beds. Two singles not so comfy, and their pillows needed replacing. Suggest a safety mat in bathroom would provide more security for a wet floor.
