Sjøstrand Rorbuer

Super pratique comme point de chute et tout proche il y a aussi de supers sentiers de randonnée. Cela m'a permis de rayonner là où je le souhaitais. Le logement était énorme pour moi toute seule. J'ai pu y cuisiné facilement, me garer facilement. Et c'était très calme pour récupérer des longues journées de marche.

Malheureusement je n'ai pas pu croiser l'hôte. nos emplois du temps ne s'accordant pas. Mais une réactivité par message et des propositions de solutions très appréciables. Pour info il n'y a pas de machine à laver. Les responsables ont fait remonter cela à booking pour la modification du site. J'imagine que cela prend du temps. Peut être serait il judicieux d'informer les voyageurs, par email à la confirmation de la réservation, pour nous permettre d'anticiper la gestion de notre voyage. J'ai cuisiné bcp de pâtes, une passoire serait un plus. ;-) Et vers la fin du séjour le wifi était capricieux.

This lovely little rorbuer was our first accommodation in Lofoten and it didn't disappoint. We didn't communicate in person with any staff because the check in was done all online and we adventured through the majority of our stay. However, the checkin and checkout was easy and convenient online. The cabin had a kitchenette and a lovely little bedroom with a queen and then bunk on top. The cabin had a picnic table out front which was nice. It wasn't in the main part of Ballstad but it was on a quiet street close to Nonstinden which was great for hiking. Ballstad itself is a great location close to a lot of great hiking, not very busy, but close to Leknes, a bigger town with more restaurant choices.

Everything was great! The only thing was that this rorbuer wasn't directly on the water and RVs/campers parked in front of the cabin so you couldn't see a lot of the beautiful water. Nothing that would make me not stay again, though.

Unfassbare Gestank in den Zimmern! Verstehe die gute Bewertungen hier nicht. Bei mir war es, dass ich mich für diese Unterkunft entschieden habe, die enthaltene Sauna und das jacuzzi. Das Jacuzzi hat gar nicht existiert und die Sauna gab es, war aber nicht eingeschaltet bzw. Ist so sehr verschimmelt und heruntergekommen (siehe Bilder), da hätte sich niemand freiwillig hineingesetzt. Etwas verwahrlost ist auch die Anlage. Das schlimmste war für mich der entsetzliche Gestank in den Räumen. Man meinte, der Stockfisch währe dort aufgehängt worden.

Beliggenheten. Trivelige folk på plassen.

Sengen burde oppgraderes med bedre madrass. Den var ikke god.

Rent og pent. Romslig rorbu og beliggenhet var veldig fin.

- Lage gleich am Wasser und umgeben von den Bergen - Parkplatz inklusive - Ganzes Haus für uns (hatten Rorbu 2) - Ruhige Lage

- Betten waren leider zu unbequem für uns - Es gab ein Fenster an der Tür, welches keine abdunkelnden Vorhänge hatte und direkt die Mitternachtssonne ins Bett geschienen hat… War eher schwierig einzuschlafen. Im kleine. Zimmer gab es auch ein Fenster, welches das ganze Licht reingelassen hat - In Beschreibung stand es gibt eine Waschmaschine, aber diese war vom Campingplatz, welche wir pro Waschgang bezahlen mussten…
