Property has a great location - near lots of lovely coffee shops but just tucked of the main road so it avoids lots of the noise. The family that ran the property were super friendly and helpful - I would definitely recommend staying here ! I like the pool, the AC was good and the beds were comfy.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here and cannot recommend it highly enough. Everything exceeded our expectations—from the delicious food and refreshing pool to renting bikes, beautiful scenery, and incredibly convenient location. After long days biking, the powerful air conditioning was a dream. What truly made our stay special, though, was the family who runs this homestay. They were among the kindest, warmest, and most welcoming people we met during our entire trip to Vietnam. Their hospitality made us feel completely at home from the moment we arrived. We only wish we had booked more nights. This was easily our favorite homestay and our favorite town in all of Vietnam. If you're visiting Tam Cốc, do yourself a favor and stay here—you won't regret it.

L’emplacement est parfait et les chambres sont superbes, piscine billard, location de vélo ou de moto, l’endroit. Parfait pour séjourner à Ninh bihn. Billard, mention spéciale aux personnels, une famille vraiment adorable.
