Location and surface/size

Everything else. Apartement was in really poor condition, requiring complete renovation. Leaking showers, cleanliness, everything was really old and not pleasant to stay. Additionally large noise from the street, trash problems, and we had to deal with issues instead of enjoying our holidays

La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort ed è ben arredata. Ha anche un ampio terrazzo dove si può piacevolmente mangiare. L'host è super disponibile.

Close enough to centre and beaches.

We travelled without car, that made things hard, and buses and trains.etc was a bit confusing and complicated. Beware of child/adult age difference on leonardo express train, we got it wrong on our 13 year old and got a fine fo 64 euro... The beach chair included we used only once. Beach was ok, but the price for more chairs was a robbery...
