"Great location —- very,very tiny room and bathroom"

The location was PRIME however all of the other reviews were correct- the pictures are misleading/ the rooms are the size of a closet

NO way to get down there by road or even close, parking is 400m away and was 65 euros a night. Had to haul luggage from the parking garage down a cobblestone hill. The staff was super friendly and nice. There is NO lift. We did not know we had the third floor- there is a luggage lift but if you’re elderly- do NOT book this. The pictures make the room look MUCH bigger. It is the size of a closet. The bathroom door can’t even close if you don’t lift the toilet lid- that’s how tiny it it’s. It’s like it was a bedroom and they cut it in half to make two. Very very tight quarters. Couldn’t even open the suitcase.

Vu imprenable sur le Douro, directement sur la zone animée des quais de Porto. Personnel très agréable et à l’écoute, hôtel très propre et joliment décoré. Le petit déjeuner est de qualité et très copieux avec des produits frais.

La « Suite » est petite ! C’est dû aux bâtiments anciens qui ont cette configuration mais honnêtement la chambre est très petite et la salle de bain également. Nous avions la suite du troisième étage avec juste un monte charge pour les valises.

Great view of the river, fab location and friendly staff. Had a lovely stay overall.

Not the accommodation’s fault at all - but the area was extremely noisy up to 3-4am in the morning as stayed there on a Saturday and the area is a popular one! Also the carpet in my room was soiled.
