I recently stayed at this hotel and found the overall experience unsatisfactory. The room was notably small, and both the room and bathroom lacked adequate cleanliness. The dining situation was also disappointing, with limited and fixed dinner options despite having booked meals in advance. On several occasions, we were asked to move to different chairs during mealtime, as some chairs were reportedly not designated for hotel guests. Furthermore, the payment process caused confusion and discomfort. Although we had provided credit card details through the booking platform, the hotel still required on-site payment without. It appeared there was a discrepancy between the booking portal and the hotel’s payment process, which should have been handled more smoothly. Improvements in room maintenance, dining arrangements, and payment procedures are needed to enhance the guest experience.
