"Clean, but bring extra blankets. "

We enjoyed the stay. Great location for where we were headed, and the price was right. The room and hallways were quite chilly however. And when we turned on the heater (which was off completely) in the room, it never warmed up the room. I had to run the hair dryer for an hour to get it to a comfortable level.

This hotel is convenient and comfortable for those wanting to do the train ride or river activities. The hotel could benefit with an updating of carpets and better cleaning of the shower/tubs to get rid of mold. Be aware there is no elevator. The breakfast was very limited, and overall not very appealing.

"Great wknd"

My husband and I came into town for a wedding . Our stay was great… very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend and we would stay there again.

"Excellent"

The property was close to a wedding we were attending. The girl who checked us in was very nice and helpful. However, we stayed for 2 nights and the Wi-Fi was down the whole time. Could not connect to the internet which I needed to get directions. Very inconvenient! There was also a guest with a bird that chirped all night and a dog that barked every time someone walked down the hall. Other than these issues it wasn’t a bad stay.

Very friendly staff, but the room was not clean. Several hairs in the bed. Not sure sheets were washed. Musty smell.

"Pretty good stay"

Only issue was that someone smoked in the room before and you can still smell it. Need way better lighting out at the street level. Had a hard time seeing the turn in was so dark.

Everything was clean and well maintained. The desk clerk was amazing. She was cheerful, helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

"Mountain "

Staff was friendly, facility clean, great location, hot water was great. Bed was firmer than I like and breakfast was just waffles and pastries. Overall, the facility was great
