Good place for vacation, exotic room and private pool, location is so quite, its quite far from centre of ubud but it is accesible with grab

Bathroom is only one in ground floor

When I tell you, I didn't want to leaveeee?? I actually extended my stay for a night just because I loved it so much and just felt like resting some more. It was the best sleep I've gotten while in Bali, actually the best sleep I've gotten in a long time and in any hotel. If the hotel reads this, please tell me what mattress you have because I'm about to go buy it. The staff are super, super helpful and kind, and they are always looking to make you comfortable. Anything you need is always brought to your room lightning fast. They were just overall super considerate. I could go on and on about my stay. Clean, beautiful, spacious villa, clean towels, sheets and amenities. Loved it. Also, love how the pool is set up so you get your own private pool section, connected by a general river pool to float down if you want. Lastly, keep in mind you're in a tropical setting with nature around you-- the bathroom is outside (beautiful by the way) so if you're worried about an open concept bathroom and the elements/nature, I'll mention that. I get skeeved by insects in general but it wasn't bad at all. It was really tranquil and calming. Would definitely return if I'm staying in Ubud, again. It's a nice refuge from the busy surrounding areas. It's worth the price!

staff was friendly and cleaned the property well. Well design interior and good TV options.

location is next to the active street. A proper restaurant was appr. 1 km. away. Dogs were barking all night, smell from sewers was unbearable and issue was not fixed after notification to the stuff. Breakfast at restaurant was bad and not good value for money. Stairs were too steep and too dangerous for kids.

While travelling to Bali my sister and I always chose the traditional Balinese breakfast of fried rice with an egg on top. I did not like your version of it as it contained too much fish sauce. So I would rate your breakfast my least favorite out of all the places I stayed 2 out of 5

We could smell cigarette smoke in our hut. Which was gross. Seemed to come through the vents.

The apartament is nice and clean. Personal is very friendly. You have all that’s necessary starting from flip flops and umbrella. Every day room is cleaned and water is supplied. Downstairs is a cafe where you can have your meal.

Villa is very small and there is no garden or private territory. Just in front of your private pool there is another villa. it is very inconvenient especially when your neighbors are kids:(

location was fine, walking distance to a few restaurants.
