TownePlace Suites By Marriott Venice

This hotel is so clean and honestly beautiful! New rooms, bedding, great pillows and an amazing kitchnette! We stayed here to be close to the famous Venice Beach where we collected shark teeth. KIMBERLY was so hospitable, warm and friendly. What a true pleasure staying here. Also, very close to many food choices--including a 24-hour Wawa. Will definitely stay here again!!

The customer service was excellent. Kimberly at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Additional bedding was provided upon request and the complimentary breakfast was a great way to start your day! I would recommend.

As many bad points to our stay as good points. First, we requested a feather-free room and, despite the hotel emailing to let us know they received the request and would make it happen, they didn’t. We also weren’t told that room service is only every other day when we checked in, which is something we very much would’ve liked to know. The air conditioner in our room was also in very rough shape. Made a lot of loud, jarring noises even when it wasn’t putting out air. There was also a motion-censor dome light that was super bright and set to cover half the bed, so it would occasionally turn on when my wife rolled over at night. In terms of positives, though, the Location of the hotel was good, room was nice and big, and the breakfast was solid.

The A/C and refrigerator were too noisy

Nice hotel and very friendly staff. Dennis (the waffle king) was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Good location just off of Interstate 75. The exercise room was clean and had adequate equipment to get a good workout.

The breakfast was really good and the older man working it every morning was very good. Helpful offered information was amazing. The whole place was run on a real tight ship clean smelt good everything

The absolute loveliest of hotels! Cleanliness - 10. Customer Service -10. Location - 10. 24hr gym. Truly heated outdoor pool with ample sun! Free breakfast. Streaming Max. Free breakfast. 24hr Coffee + Tea service. If (or should I say when!?) you choose to stay with this team you’re in for an ease of experience and welcoming hospitality. Steven was the high of it all. A true passionate associate, he ensured not just myself but all guests who came his way felt seen, valued and taken care of. Give them a call to book your stay directly if you find yourself in the area and if he answers you’ll understand immediately! Sarah was also a highlight making me feel as if I was the only thing on her plate! Kudos to the leadership for cultivating a team of genuine professionals! I can’t wait to return.

The room was clean and smelled pleasant. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great. Dennis was very helpful and kind. Steve at the front desk was very cheerful and welcoming. He had great recommendations for dinner. Loved our stay.
