"Spring Break Venice/Caspersen Beach"

Last stay was December 2021. We were the first guest to occupy the one bedroom suite we were given. Returning over 3 years later I was expecting to find the typical wear and tear in this very popular location. I was so impressed with the maintenance and housekeeping staff ability to maintain the high level of cleanliness and upkeep we witnessed for the entire property. It was almost like the rooms were 6 months old. Not over 3 years old. Very friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere. Area felt safe. Starbucks, TSC, Carwash and Wawa all very close by.

"Excellent place to stay"

Me and my friends were visitng venice and our stay was so welcoming and were treated like family. The genaral manager at this hotel is amazing , Super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. I would recommend whoever comes to visit the area to stay at townenplace suites.

"Great property, great location, friendly staff!"

This hotel is a great property in a great location. It is close enough to have easy access to great restaurants, the beach and downtown Venice, yet still in a quieter part of town. The hotel is clean, the rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was good. The staff was fantastic! We had a great trip and can't wait to go back!

"Friendly welcoming breakfast"

My son and I were in Venice for a Junior Golf tournament with an early Tee Time, ergo we had to have an early breakfast. Our breakfast was made friendly and pleasant by Marcella and Miss Peggy who were wonderful. We were greeted and engaged in a welcoming conversation that made us feel at home. We are actually looking forward to having breakfast again tomorrow!
