Overpriced. There are no cleaning services provided even during a 3-night stay. In a place like Sorrento, where you’re frequently at the beach and shower often, regular cleaning and fresh linens/ towels become necessary. Unfortunately, neither was offered, and basic cleaning supplies were not available either. For this price, I would recommend choosing accommodation that includes proper cleaning services.

L’emplacement au calme et le petit balcon

La douche ne s’écoule pas bien, le prix était élevé, aucune bouteille d’eau offerte, le carrelage du balcon est bien cassé. Le personnel est passé dans la chambre une fois mais juste pour faire le lit.

The location of the property was great, the place itself seemed decent for the price. It was definitely a perk having a balcony. The instructions to get in were very helpful, and the manager was very responsive and helpful. When we first came, the AC wasn’t working, so I texted the property manager, and they showed up within five minutes and fixed everything, which was very nice.

Overall, felt like the place needed a major DEEP clean. The appliances seemed dirty, the floor needed a good vacuum and mopping. The shower had mold on the ceiling and also didn’t feel very clean. All in all it just felt dirty. The bedsheets were clean and so were the towels, so that was a plus. Not necessarily a negative, but there are a few details that could have made the stay better – I would have liked to have more towels, we only had two big towels and two face towels, would be nice to have at least additional two washcloths but preferably a couple more towels just in case. The shower could use a shelf, so you could put your shampoos there and the toilet paper holder was missing.

Excelente ubicación. A pasos de la zona central de Sorrento. Hay bastante control de seguridad en el edificio. Solo el que tiene llave puede entrar al mismo. El cuarto muy bonito y cómodo.

El aire no enfrió pero como hacía fresco dejamos la puerta de balcón un poco abierta ya que es alto y hay unas rejas de seguridad y de esa manera entró fresco. Pero nos dejaron saber que quizás el aire todavía estaba programado para invierno.
