It was 10 steps away from the ocean, no traffic at night.

Maybe think about expanding the patio roof, it started raining one night from a side angle and the whole patio was raining wet even under the roof.

I loved the view. It was like we on the beach because you could hear the waves from inside of the apartment. It is a great fishing spot. Will definitely book there again.. Christo and the lady from Billsbest was very helpful

The tv was black & white They could do with a new bed.

The location and sea views was amazing.

Bed was a bit hard and some maintenance needed around the place. Gutter directly outside sliding door was dripping as it had a hole in it and could have cause nasty slips. Braai was rusted and almost falling apart

The location of Southern Comfort - Periwinkle is unbelievably amazing. We could watch the ocean the entire time. It truly is a gem of a place if you are looking for a sea view and quick access to the beach.

The bed could do with a new mattress and pillows as they are worn.

We liked the location and easy access to the beach front. And that we could see the sunrise from our place. We also really liked the beautiful pool.It is very well maintained. Beautiful beach walks and routes. Uncle Christo and his team are very professional and involved and are always friendly and willing to help. We had a replacement of sheets without asking as promised, and they even changed the bin in the kitchen without asking. We always had a quick response when we needed something. The roof fans in the unit are really strong and help a lot during the night when you can not open windows. Jojo's with backup water available. The shower has very strong water pressure, and water is always hot. This was GREAT. The couches were very comfy. This place is VERY central from everything in the area. Open view is installed, so there are some movies channel's available.

We did not like the fact that you advertise that Riptide is a comfortable walk from the flat...it is, in fact, a comfortable walk but you CANNOT access it by foot the entire ocean is infront of it and deep, the surfers there use their boards to cross there. Maintenance was done during our stay, and we had to ask them at a time to please stop because the pounding was really iritating, after they stopped, we had terrible paint fumes. Our noughbours got robbed through their window during the night, so we could not sleep with open doors or windows, with a humidity of 91 and stage 6 Loadshedding. We almost had heat exhaustion and had to take turns to at least keep the window open for a few minutes...please can you secure the patio area so that guests can have ventilation at night even if there is no loadshedding it was still terrible. Also, it is VERY dark during losdshedding and already in a place where there is crime, so why not put up solar lights outside? There is no enventory list, so I can not see if I get what they hold me responsible for. This morning, when we left I noticed in the cupboard was written 10 hangers and there was only 8 so we had to buy 2 and leave it there because how will I prove I did not take it. There's wifi details on the fridge, but unfortunately, during our week's stay, it did not work once. The parking is not identified by the unit on the side of starfish and periwinkle, so when we arrived, someone was in starfish occupying both parkings with a car, trailer and a bike leaving us to park outside. I saw that parking can not be reserved, but I feel that every unit should be treated equally and at least have one parking per unit.
