"Not what we expected for a superior room."

Room was clean and the air conditioning worked well.

Superior room with balcony but no table & chairs just a child like stool. Had to hold shower by hand. Bed rocked every time you moved. No milk for tea/coffee.

Voici l’état du balcon lorsque nous sommes arrivées cf photos jointes: sac de linge sale, serviettes sur un portant, derrière un cache misère: produits ménagers stockés, serpillière,… De plus pas de drap sur le lit une place. Réclamation faite à l’interlocuteur, pas de réponse.
