the room smelled very musty and the floor was not sturdy. The carpet was holding the floor up

Relatively clean. Front desk available and responsive. Convenient access to vehicle directly in front of room. Comfortable bed.

Three light fixtures either did not have a light bulb or had a bulb broken off. Tiny room. Teeny bath and shower. Water ran cold for at least four minutes before I got warm water. Smoke alarm missing. No dresser.

Room was clean staff was nice even when checking in, in the middle of the night. Comfortable bedding. Operable windows allowing for fresh air and working ac and heating unit.

Had a bit of a smell when initially entering the room. No hot water in the morning. Small shower and no counter space in the restroom.

A good basic room. Very nice bed.

Nice people. I mistakenly reserved a room with one bed and needed two. Not only did they accommodate me at the same price, they let me check in two hours early without any trouble.

Best thing about the room? The bed was super comfy! This is a basic room with fridge, microwave, tv, and small hair dryer. Apparently the plumbing had been worked on and not run since then so the water was coming out spitting and brown. I called the front desk and they said just to run it and it would clear up. It did, but I'm thinking maybe they should have done that already so the customer doesn't have to when all they want to do is take a nice hot shower when they get in. There was also a very soft spot in the floor. Overall, I got what I paid for... a place to sleep. Check-in/out was super easy, the bed was super comfy, area was quiet.
