Breakfast incredible. Lounge area to chill, to take a drink very comfortable. Surroundings with the lake very nice. Cosy spa.

Everything, 5 star comfort pool is like an infinity pool to the trees Amazing staff Building is so structurally beautiful We can't wait to return Here always for skiing.. Austria will never see us again 😀

High quality fittings and very clean Some of the staff were fantastic - Michelle and Diletta couldn’t have been more helpful with restaurant bookings, transfers, ski-passes. Others were less friendly, as below.

Breakfast was too much of a show. There must be a lot of waste. Some of the staff, apart from the ones above were rather indifferent, never engaged in conversation. Man at reception with glasses barely said ‘hello’. Breakfast service was a bit sterile.
