"A very good stay. Very polity and really welcome hosts."

The kitchen was very well equipped with everything. Dishwasher was extremely useful.The burner was very nice and made the whole living space very warm. The beds very were comfortable and the view from really beautiful.

The bathroom needs to be remodernised. The shower is not very effective although there was very good hot water. For those who like bathing, it was very good, but for those who like showering it was not very practical. I would haev rated 10 out 10 in all categories if the bathroom had a better shower system.

"Beautiful, comfortable, relaxing place to stay"

Excellent location, lovely cottage, welcoming arrival with a fresh goody basket. Attentive and friendly owners without being intrusive. The scenery/surroundings are stunning, you wouldn't know you were so close to civilization. There was plenty of space in the cottage for 3 adults and a toddler, it had a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher & washing machine, the lounge area was a nice space to relax comfortably in, with a log burner. The beds were lovely, soft and comfy - excellent nights sleep were had. We would not hesitate to come back and stay again!

The cottage was absolutely beautiful. The welcome basket was a lovely touch. Warm, cosy cottage. The perfect place to relax after the day at the Christmas Markets. Will definately stay again

"Fantastic, edge of the city location with a countryside feel!"

Excellent location. Right on the edge of Bath so could walk straight out into the countryside. Would recommend walking to the farm shop in Newton St Loe for breakfast/brunch. Comfy lounge. Yummy arrival gifts. Double bed very comfy. Well equipped kitchen. Matt is a fantastic host - very friendly and helpful. Apple pressing was in progress during our stay and the guys doing it were really friendly and all too happy to tell us about the process and equipment. Good bus links to get into town. Helpful local information provided.

Bedrooms and bathroom were a bit small and with low headroom (couldn't shut the door in the double without banging the bed and being tall I couldn't stand up straight in the shower). Floors are rather creaky upstairs so can be tricky if your kids are light sleepers.
