The bed was so super comfy!

Amazing! View & her colleagues at the front desk looked after me so well and made me so welcome on my arrival. Room was clean and comfortable with breakfast being fresh and tasty. All staff are friendly and caring.

The location is great, it’s not beachfront, but about a 10 minute walk, or a two minute ride. It’s also about a 10 minute walk or a three minute ride from Boat Ave Marjet Pkace which has so much to offer, including a fabulous cigar/whiskey bar called La Torcedora …

Stylish, modern hotel with amazing rooftop pool. Great staff and close to beach and restaurants.

The first room we got had a bit of a musky smell. We requested to change rooms and the second room was much better. Staff was always friendly and helpful. The pool has a nice view from rooftop, and has good amount of seating. The hotel is about a 10min walk to the main street of Bang Tao where there are many restaurants and shops.

Everyone at Hilton garden inn was super friendly and attentive. The roof top pool is great, rooms are spacious and clean.

The Hilton Garden hotel was lovely and the staff were amazing. The issue was the location. Bang Tao is less a town than an excellent beach with a large westernised gated community and shopping mall development behind it. A good example of this was our 'deluxe garden room' which had a view of a patch of scorched earth where soon another hotel or condo will be built. I flagged this to the staff and they kindly offered us an upgrade to a room with a balcony. I pointed out a balcony overlooking a building site wasnt what i was looking for. Hilton need to review how they market this hotel as the use of garden throughout is misleading.

The property is located walkable to the shopping and night market area. It is situated in a high end neigborhood.

Generally a decent hotel. 2 days my room wasn't cleaned despite the please clean room sign being on from 8am until 4pm. This wasn't an issue as it was only one person in the room, but could be an issue if 2 people were staying. Rooms with balcony a face over the road so can be very noisy. Noise within hotdl between rooms was minimal. Pool area is nice, but be warned, you'll need to move your sunbeds around. Shuttle service is good, thogh only one way and doesn't have designated pick up times from the boat avenue shopping area. Gym is fine but very warm (AC is not primed in ideal spots).
