There was no breakfast, it's a pension /guest house. Its located closer to the city shops. Cebu City is very hot most of the time, it's always over 35 degrees every day. It's so hot to walk to the shops, you need to catch an air-conditioned taxi or little bus. No elevator, so the second floor is 20 steps up, and my elderly 83 mother struggled the steps. Not great for elderly/disabled people

Room 201 has a very noisy air-conditioned. Well, most of the air con in the Philippines are noisy anyway old model, but this one is like a cankering noise. It's not good at all. There is no hot/cold water dispenser on each floor. You have to pay 5 pesos for a hot water at the front desk in the morning to make our coffee in our room.

Comfortable pillows, hot water in the shower.

Lots of little cockroaches everywhere. Toilet flush didn’t work properly.
