Great value for money, big room and big bathroom

It's not a warm or welcoming room, the only window was facing to another building, very little natural light in the room

The pension house is conveniently located just a few minutes away from Cebu Pier; the staff was considerate and courteous and the pillows and mattresses are all clean and comfortable.

I like the cleanliness in the room and most especially the location. Very accessible and easy access to other malls or shops even restos or to other places you want to visit. Just saying: Check and maintain your amenities in your facility for more positive feedback. Your hotel has the advantage for lots of customers as it's very accessible.

No elevator, other light bulbs were not working, the shower needed for replacement doesn't work well. Other tv channels are not available or may be available but the tv screen is all blackout I don't know what's the problem was it the tv? Or the channel? Or the load you avail for your TV box. Also, you can really hear the loud voices of your neighbor's rooms. Anyway, thank you and God Bless!
