The Kenwood Gables B&B

We traveled to St Petersburg specifically to visit elderly family members who lived in Retirement Communities at opposite locations, one in Sun City and another in Clearwater. Kenwood Gables turned out to be a perfect place to stay as it was a short and pleasant drive to both places. We noted that it had a 9.9 rating on Trip Advisor and I would definitely give the hosts a rating of 10. I’m a nurse and a stickler for cleanliness - Our room was Immaculate ! I have Arthritis and the bed was so comfortable -I wish I could have taken it home. Haven’t slept that well in ages. Breakfast was so delicious - a variety of homemade croissants baked daily and healthy mouthwatering omelets everyday - I could hardly believe it. Reymond and Jayson were such attentive hosts who truly did make their establishment feel like “ Home “ in every sense of the word. Even the quiet little dogs on the sofa melted our hearts. It was hard to leave -we felt so welcomed and cared for. We have traveled often and stayed in many, many places. Kenwood Gables was a once in a lifetime experience. Can’t wait to stay again.

The house and our room were lovely. Breakfast was excellent, Reymond and Jason were both very helpful. The property was very quiet and relaxing which is exactly what we were looking for and well located for getting to restaurants. The pool was heated and also a lovely area for relaxing.

Lovely hidden gem close to everything and tucked away. Breakfast was amazing. So glad we didn’t stay in a hotel. Pastries were great.

Location on busy road not so great, but reasonably insulated from traffic noise.

Bed and pillows were wonderful. Breakfast was delightful and delicious and the decor was exceptional. Pool and patio was so pretty and comfortable and the two hosts were a delight to chat with.

Because of the air traffic that night we couldn’t get the Channel we wanted. No problem - we watched Netflix

The owners, Jayson and Raymond, are hosting you in their home. Their taste is impeccable, and Jayson cooks a mean omelette. Their recommendations for local restaurants were on-target, and the home they share with you is comfortable and tasteful. Go visit them if you are traveling to St. Petersburg.

We’ve really enjoyed to stay at the Kenwood Gables Boutique B&B, definitely we will back in this nice place next time when will be in St. Pete. Highly recommend. Excellent host. Tasty breakfast options.

This was the perfect place to stay for a relaxing getaway! Jayson and Raymond were amazing, informative and welcoming! Would easily recommend to anyone traveling to this area!!
