"House itself was great but not able to reach someone when needed was very frustrating"

spacious - living room and dining room had a lot of seating

1. Even though there was an elevator to the 3rd floor, it had about ten steps of stairs that we had to bring the luggages up and down still. 2. Hot water heater stopped having hot water after 2.5 people taking their shower so 3 out of 6 people had to take a cold shower. 3. Worst of all, we called the numbers provided both by the email and Booking.com and neither one reached a person when we needed to ask the hot water heater situation. We called at 10:30pm and 9am. Maria finally responded to emails after 11 hours - email was sent at 10:45pm and responded at 9:52am.

Davide, the repsentive charged me 500 euros deposit and then stop answering me and blocked my number without giving my 500 euros back! I'm going to involve the police!
