Die Lage war sehr schön Größe der Wohnung auch sehr gut 2 Badezimmer waren auch gut

Viele technische Mängel Wasserdruck in der Dusche nicht ausreichend Schlechter TV Empfang Kaputte Badarmaturen Undichte Terrassenfenster Modernisierung wäre wünschenswert

-Gute Lage -gute Zimmer mit zwei Badezimmern -Riesen Balkon mit Sitzmöbeln -Küchengeräte vorhanden -Handtücher vorhanden

Meiner Meinung nach müssen langsam einige Dinge erneuert bzw. renoviert werden. Wände reißen und splittern ein. Türrahmen locker und kaputt. Tisch stand auf lockerem Tischbein. Spülmaschine funktioniert nicht richtig. Duschkabine undicht. Und eventuell sollte man auch mal unter Couch und Bett saugen :)

Tolle Wohnung mit schönem Balkon, sehr groß. Guter Service, der Herd funktionierte nicht aber es kam umgehend ein Handwerker und hat Ersatzplatten gebracht. Sehr gute Lage direkt an der Promenade.

Die Anordnung der Steckdosen in der Küche ist etwas abenteuerlich. Sonst war alles top.

Die Lage und der große Balkon mit einer tollen Aussicht. Das Bad ist ausreichend groß.

Die Matratzen und das Lattenrost sind sehr einfach und dementsprechend ist das Bett sehr, sehr hart!!! Die Beleuchtung Im Bad ist mangelhaft.

"Mit Kindern absolut nicht geeignet!"

Die Nähe zum Strand und zur Flaniermeile sind unschlagbar! Ausstattung ist auch ausreichend. Ein Schlafzimmer mit und eins ohne TV. 2 Bäder!

Die Fenster sind alle nicht dicht. Und man wohnt direkt über der Barmeile, wo auch draußen bis in die Nacht laute Musik läuft. Von 3 Zimmertermostaten funktionierten nur 2. Wenn es windig ist, zieht es durch die Zimmer. Also mit Kindern ehrlich gesagt absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Als Single Paar, dem die Musik nicht stört, mag es gehen!

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Empfang.

Leider war das Appartement D105 schlecht geputzt. Viele Chips unter dem Sofa, Silberfische. Spartanische Ausstattung mit Gläsern. Spülung im zweiten Bad defekt. Und ständig Bohren
