It is small and cosy, located in the center-close to lake and shops

It could be noisy due to central location. It also does not have elevator.

The only thing less comfy was the lack of an elevator and stare case space was pretty tiny, so when you are carrying baggage is not easy to lift it to the room.

"Amazing apartment!"

Great apartment! One of the best I've been in my entire life! The owner is nice and friendly, the apartment is right at the center of the city and its condition, cleanliness and look were flawless.
