As instruções para entrar no B&B (localização, andar, etc) poderiam ser mais detalhadas e melhoradas.

"Worst stay I’ve ever had"

Location is great. It’s on the high street with loads of stores underneath.

The bed was so hard. The hardest bed I’ve slept on in my whole life. I mentioned it to the hotel manager but she didn’t do anything to help me. The room was so noisy in the night, I couldn’t sleep until 3am as even it’s on 7th floor and closed the windows, you can still hear everything from the street downstairs. It’s too noisy with the cars and people talking and shouting.
