Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt, das Zimmer japanisch sauber, wenn auch klein, und wir würden wohl auch wieder dieses Hotel buchen, in Matsuyama.

Das Personal kann wirklich sehr schlecht Englisch und versucht auch nicht, einen zu verstehen. Man wird einfach abgewunken. Frühstück kann man nicht vor Ort dazu buchen. Wir haben zudem Gepäck verschickt, das hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert, man hat sich das Gepäck offenbar selber wieder zugeschickt. Somit musste ich am nächsten Ort Kleider kaufen und meinen Koffer erhielt ich dann 3 Tage später am übernächsten Ort. Uns störte auch, dass es im Zimmer weder Tee noch Kaffee hat - wirklicht nichts. Immerhin haben wir auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption einen Teebeutel erhalten.
