Luminary Hotel & Co., Autograph Collection

Far from a 4 star hotel, and certainly doesn’t come close to other Autograph Collection hotels. You couldn’t pay me or my 140 guests we hosted this weekend to spend another night at this place.

At best, the Luminary Hotel is a 3 star hotel. You could not pay me or the 140 guests we hosted this weekend to stay another night at this place. The people running this hotel should not be in the hospitality business. Here are the highlights: - numerous billing issues - rooms are not even close to as described - housekeeping entered room with Do Not Disturb sign - impossible to get a hold of anyone by room phone - pool is ridiculously small and not nearly enough seats - just about every bar/ restaurant had wrong operating hours The only positive thing we have to say about our experience this past weekend was that the valet attendants were very nice and worked hard.

Absolutely not a 4 star hotel and very far from the Autograph Collection standard. I can’t remember the last time I stayed at such a terribly run hotel. You couldn’t pay us to spend another night at this place.

Nice place. Pretty new. Clean. Nice staff. The basics of a good stay are met. HOWEVER - if you get a city view room - you will be dealing with unbearable noise levels from a club across the street. The DJ might as well have been in our room given the volume levels. If you value a good nights sleep - this may not be the place for you. If you are up for a late night of partying- then you may not even notice it.

Pool furniture was sub par. Several of the umbrellas did not work and lounge chairs missing wheels.

Great modern hotel, in a centrally located position. Perfect for restaurants and riverside walk. Only complaint was it was incredibly noisy, even when in the room,

Awesome experience from the room to the check in process. Beautiful hotel in a great location! The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The hotel is new and close to a great evening scene and waterway to walk and enjoy! The check in cocktail upon arrival was a nice surprise! I got a corner room with a couch and great view!

Pool should be bigger and staff should man the bar nearby

Nice property BUT room was very noisy with loud music until 1:36 AM. When we told the person checking us out, she responded: “Oh, yeah, we should put a noise warning again on the higher levels on the city side.” Definitely not worth the price. As a long time Bonvoy member I can say that this hotel ranks low on our list.
