Deluxe Loft at Colonia ROMA

Location great, super close to hip bars and nice restaurants. Pretty quiet location near to busy action. Felt relatively safe to me.

Not "deluxe". Shower had problems, towel rail hanging off wall. Dingy stairway with light that worked occasionally. Flat has a separate washing machine area where someone often ran laundry in night or at least that is what I think the noise was.

The location was brilliant. Right in the heart of everything. We could come and go as we pleased and it was quiet, safe and well equipped. The value was incredible given the size of the place and location but it did come with some challenges as far as property management goes.

The communication from the staff was far below expectation. Also, it's advertised as having a rooftop patio but it's more of a landing at the front door that went unused for the most part. There was an agreement ahead of time for an early check in which was very much appreciated however the lock box code was incorrect when supplied and requests to help were not responded to quickly resulting in over 2 hours before we could access the property leaving us locked out on the streets. Additionally the laundry was advertised as available however the machine was switched off and disconnected and we were later informed that the laundry was only for staff use. Whatsapp communication was weak and we were given no direction about fresh linen and trash removal and our requests went largely ignored as the staff were basically hands off the whole time.

Location was amazing.

There was a guy singing at the middle of the night in the building and it didn't stop for hours. The host was not super responsive

Very spacious! Great location in a safe neighborhood close to many restaurants and subway. Very comfortable bed. Quiet and private with blackout curtains. There is a laundry room that I don’t know if we were supposed to use but we did. So did everyone else and hung their clothes all over our patio.

It was dusty and the floor was so dirty you had to wear shoes inside. The water pressure was nothing more than a trickle. There are no services: no extra trashbags, no cleaning supplies besides dish soap, no extra towels. There was an extra pillow but no pillowcase. The trash piled up in the lobby. It wasn’t a problem for us, but this is a 3th story walk up-not appropriate for those with mobility issues.

Location is great!

Unfortunately the bathroom was not clean, when we arrived there were black hair on the floor, white towels were dirty. The smell in the bathroom was not pleasant.

The property it beautiful, spacious and in a great location, everything looks as pictured.

The water pressure is really low and it was loud at night from the street and the pipes in the building.

The location is perfect for exploring Mexico City. There is a grocery store near y and plenty of coffee shops. The king beg was comfortable. The top floor was nice for privacy.

The water pressure in the stinks was not good, but the shower was adequate.
