Very comfortable and spacious apartament

We stayed in this apartment, which is presented more as a hotel-style accommodation. Owner’s rules and requirements: From the very beginning, there was an excessive number of rules and restrictions imposed by the owner. In particular, there were strict conditions regarding the use of the air conditioner — when it could be used, which temperature settings were allowed, and warnings about additional electricity charges if these rules were not followed. There were also many other limitations and prohibitions. Considering that the price of the accommodation is not low, this amount of control and restriction feels unreasonable and negatively affects the overall experience. Noise and sound insulation: Although the apartment is located in a relatively quiet area, the sound insulation inside the building is extremely poor. Around 7 a.m., when neighbors woke up and started moving around, the noise was very loud, making it impossible to continue sleeping. This significantly reduced the comfort of the stay. Layout and usability: Despite the fact that the apartment is not small, the layout is very poorly designed. It is arranged as a studio, although the available space would easily allow for a one-bedroom layout with a separate bedroom, which would be far more practical. The layout in general feels illogical. For example, the bathroom is extremely narrow and uncomfortable to use. Overall, while the location itself is relatively quiet, the excessive rules from the owner, very poor sound insulation, and an impractical layout significantly reduce the quality of the stay.
