Sijainti on kävelyetäisyydellä hiihtoladuista ja rinteestä sekä Ruka Villagen palveluista. Koodilukko oli iso plussa. Keittiötarvikkeet olivat kattavat.

Äänieristys voisi olla parempi ja tiskikone olisi plussaa.

Loistava sijainti hiihtoladun ja Talvijärven hissin vieressä. Pääsee helposti sekä hiihtämään että rinteeseen. Myös keskustaan kävelymatka. Hyvät sängyt ja huoneessa oli mukavan viileää. Laitteiden ohjeet löytyivät netistä, mitä ei heti hoksattu.

Uuniruokaa tehdessä huomattiin, että patalaput puuttuivat. Tyynyt olivat hieman huonolaatuiset.
